About The Position

Our student and new graduate programs offer a chance to explore Sun Life from the inside. As part of the Service Management Experience team, you will be supporting review and compliance to our Risk Management policy as it relates to the daily changes made to our systems at Sun Life. You will help to make sure that we are able to serve our clients, colleagues and other key stakeholders while delivering IT solutions to a stable and secure environment.

Responsibilities

  • Daily review of change records for adherence to our IT Risk and Service Management Processes including Change, Incident and Problem Management policies
  • Respond to emails, requests to close gaps in process, training or policy compliance
  • Work with team members to prepare and distribute reporting to leadership
  • Work with external teams to insure data integrity
  • Participate in small project enhancements to better your business writing and communication skills
