Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or in a related field
Available a minimum of 20 hours per week during academic terms (Monday to Friday, daytime) and full-time during the summer
A minimum of one year of experience in accounting or in a related field
Rigor and attention to detail in processing financial data
Analytical abilities and technical skills
High level of autonomy while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a constantly evolving environment
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
Intermediate level of proficiency in English, as the person in this role will interact daily with unilingual English-speaking internal and external partners, both verbally and in writing

Pursuing a CPA designation or enrolled in the CPA program

Responsibilities

Validate invoices from managers and financial service providers
Process invoice payments
Analyze discrepancies and communicate with internal and external partners when necessary
Participate in the continuous improvement of work methods and in various projects
Contribute to different operational tasks related to investments
