About The Position

Madison Square Garden Sports Corp. (MSG Sports) is a leading professional sports company, with a collection of assets that includes the New York Knicks (NBA) and the New York Rangers (NHL), as well as two development league teams – the Westchester Knicks (NBAGL) and the Hartford Wolf Pack (AHL). MSG Sports also operates a professional sports team performance center – the MSG Training Center in Greenburgh, NY. Student Associate opportunities are available in various areas including Marketing Strategy (Knicks & Rangers), Ticketing, Pricing & Strategy, Event Presentation Administration, GardenVision, Revenue Strategy, Sports Properties, Social Impact, Westchester Knicks Business Operations, Fan Development, Project Management/Creative Studio, and Partner Management. The Student Associate Program is designed to create real, valuable opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students to learn, grow, and explore MSG Entertainment, MSG Sports, and Sphere. As a Student Associate, you will gain valuable experience applicable throughout your career, work with employees to understand the business, and participate in an executive speaker series, mentorship program, career development workshops, and social events.

Requirements

  • Must be available to work 21-35 hours/week (3 - 5 business days) in-person.
  • Must be available to work part-time or full-time from October 2026 - April 2027.
  • Must be enrolled as junior, senior, or graduate student for Fall 2026.
  • Must have a GPA of 3.2 or above.
