About The Position

Temporary hourly-intermittent student assistant positions available in Information Technology (IT). These positions are for undergraduate or post-baccalaureate students registered in a minimum number of units. The role involves assisting faculty, staff, and students with technology, performing daily checks on equipment, delivering equipment across campus, and assisting with equipment and supply management.

Requirements

• Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
• Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
• Must be lawfully authorized to work in the United States.
• Must complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist faculty, staff, and students in the use of classroom technology.
• Perform daily room checks to ensure the operation and readiness of classroom/conference room technology.
• Deliver equipment across campus.
• Assist with receiving, unboxing, organizing, and moving equipment and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned.
