About The Position

We are searching for Student Assistants to support our teams within the Office of Human Resources Management. The experience and training that student employees receive in the department can be extremely beneficial for future employment opportunities. Students will work 10 -15 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Minimal training or prior knowledge of work is required.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with office tasks that include, but not limited to: Answering and directing phone calls
  • Customer service
  • Assisting individuals visiting the Human Resources office
  • Following-up with emails and voicemails
  • Assisting departments and individuals with hiring paperwork
  • Filing
  • Scanning
