About The Position

Early Autism Services is seeking experienced ABA practicum students pursuing Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification. The Student Analyst will apply academic knowledge to real-world Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) scenarios while supporting positive behavioral change. The position provides hands-on experience, in-person mentorship from BCBA supervisors, and professional development for candidates on track to obtain certification within the next six months. Candidates must have completed at least 1,500 fieldwork hours.

Requirements

Actively pursuing BCBA certification and on track to obtain certification within the next 6 months.
At least 1,500 completed fieldwork hours.
Completed or currently enrolled in required BCBA coursework.
Flexible availability for client sessions and supervision hours.
One year of experience working with children with autism.
One year of Applied Behavior Analysis experience.

Nice To Haves

Registered Behavior Technician certification.
