Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Provides primary administrative and programmatic support to the Associate Dean for Student Affairs and the Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Residency Planning, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and project tracking.
  • Plans and executes major student transition and milestone events — including Orientation (and the learning team retreat), the White Coat Ceremony, Parents & Partners, Match Day, and Graduation — in collaboration with OSA leadership, communications teams, and external partners such as public affairs.
  • Oversees career development programming and resources for senior students, including MS4/ERAS class meetings, the AOA Selection Committee, and the MSPE Bottom Line process for all graduating students.
  • Maintains and updates student-facing digital platforms including the MD Program Student Affairs website, Orientation website, Core 3 Canvas Course.
  • Plays an integral role in supporting student academic development and professional growth across the four-year curriculum.
