The primary purpose of this role is to provide student support and enhance student achievement by appropriately advising, assessing, and enrolling students into high school, academic, life skills, and career and technical education programs. This support includes providing campus orientation to new students and developing college and career pathways with students. Retirees of the Texas Teachers Retirement System (TRS) may apply, but are responsible for reimbursing the district for TRS pension or TRS Care surcharges through payroll deduction. As of September 1, 2025, the TRS pension surcharge rate is 16.5% and the TRS Care surcharge is $535/month. This is an exempt, A45 pay group position.
