This role involves offering friendly, helpful, and confidential assistance to members, ensuring an exceptional experience, minimizing wait times, and creating loyal members by delivering Rogue's Service Promises and unsurpassed member service.

Requirements

  • Letters of recommendations (minimum of 2)
  • Copy of most recent report card
  • Short essay on why you would like to be a part of the program (150 words or less)
  • Current student at the above listed high school
  • In good academic standing with a GPA of at least 2.5
  • Going into at least their Sophomore year
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to operate ten-key calculators
  • Good computer, keyboarding, and cash handling skills
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in their work
  • Ability to use a ten-key calculator and computer keyboard by touch

Responsibilities

  • Receives and accurately processes member financial transactions, including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, money orders, transfers, etc., as directed.
  • Responds to member's requests, problems, and complaints and/or directs members to the appropriate person for specific information and assistance. Demonstrates ownership and follow through with all member requests.
  • Collaborates with and assists other departments/branches to maintain unsurpassed service across all areas of the Credit Union.
  • Accurately maintains and balances cash drawer and daily transactions, ATM's, vault, cash/coin vaults, dispensing machines, etc. Fully completes branch-specific opening and closing duties.
  • Collaborates and participates with the high school student branch team and is actively involved in the high school branch tasks and activities.
  • Promotes a culture of deepening member participation by effectively cross-selling credit union products and services to meet the member's needs.
  • Proactively performs other duties as needed or assigned.
