About The Position

The UNM IT Networks Voice Team is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented student employee to support telecommunications services, including voicemail, long-distance codes, and other voice-related services. This position provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting IT operations within a large and diverse University environment while developing technical, customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
