This is a part-time student position at Texas Performing Arts, open to both work-study and non-work-study students. It offers real-world experience in a non-profit arts presenter, with opportunities for advancement, wage increases, and growth in responsibilities, as well as professional development opportunities and support. Texas Performing Arts (TPA) is the nation’s largest and most active university-based performing arts center by annual attendance, budget, and number of events, operating venues like Bass Concert Hall and presenting Broadway shows, international performances, and national touring artists. Education is central to TPA's mission, serving K-12 students and university students. The Heller Awards for Young Artists (HAYA) is a key program celebrating high school musical theatre excellence, expanding arts education access, and building connections among students, educators, and communities. The HAYA Student Assistant will provide administrative support to this program.
