About The Position

The Stucco Professional performs skilled installation, repair, and finishing of stucco, EIFS, and plaster systems, and inspects work for quality and compliance with project specifications. The role requires completing assigned work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision. Additional façade work may be required. The position has no formal supervisory responsibilities. Other related duties or projects may be assigned by the Lead Tech, Foreman, or Supervisor.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of commercial caulking and waterproofing experience.
Commercial façade restoration experience.
Knowledge of EIFS systems, plastering techniques, and waterproofing details.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Ability to travel to perform work as required.
Strong work ethic, excellent attendance, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work overtime when required.

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

Install traditional three-coat stucco systems on commercial and multifamily projects.
Install and repair EIFS when required.
Mix and apply stucco materials using hand tools and spraying equipment.
Repair cracks, damaged stucco, and exterior façade systems.
Maintain proper alignment, texture, and finish quality standards.
Work from scaffolding, aerial lifts, and swing stages when necessary.
Adhere to OSHA, WTI, and Tremco CPG safety standards.
Maintain clean and organized job sites and work areas.
Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with specifications.
Maintain a professional appearance and interact professionally with customers while completing services.
Perform other duties or projects as required or assigned by the Lead Tech, Foreman, or Supervisor.
