About The Position

We are currently seeking resumes from qualified, responsible, self-sufficient, energetic Structures Project Engineers for our Phoenix, Arizona office. The ideal candidate will be motivated to develop and build their personal knowledge and skills to assist with the growth and success of the office. The applicant should be capable of managing budgets, discipline tasks, and tracking projects while being responsible for client deliverables. Preparation and checking of design calculations, quantities, cost estimates, and project plans. Additional duties may include field assessment and inspection of structures and facilities. Is self-motivated, technically proficient, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, and is team-oriented.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of design experience for AZ role.
• P.E, Registration required in the jurisdiction of the position or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
• DOT experience
• Good interpersonal skills
• Capable of developing technical writing, and communications skills
• Ability to make mathematical computations and design engineering projects
• Ability to use engineering instruments and tools including computer workstations and bridge engineering software such as Open Bridge, MathCAD, RISA, and LPile.
• Demonstrate skill in MicroStation and AutoCAD
• Valid Driver's License, with the ability to maintain insurability under the company's insurance carrier

Nice To Haves

• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Open Roads and Civil 3D experience a plus
