  • Participate in due diligence sessions, documenting client and industry performance, financial trends, and collateral characteristics to inform credit recommendations.
  • Draft credit approval memoranda for senior Underwriter review and manage submission through internal approval workflows and risk governance processes.
  • Assess servicer reports for collateral eligibility, covenant compliance, and Borrowing Base coverage, identifying and escalating signs of deteriorating asset performance.
  • Validate Borrowing Base models for new transactions and subsequent amendments, ensuring accuracy and consistency across internal systems and databases.
  • Propose internal risk ratings, maintain scorecard updates, and monitor facility limits to ensure ongoing compliance with credit and institutional guidelines.
  • Prepare and present Quarterly Portfolio Reviews to business management and Risk stakeholders, synthesizing portfolio trends and key credit findings.
