Requirements
- Associate’s degree in the area of human/social services or behavioral sciences.
- Intermediate skill level regarding software and computer applications.
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A valid OH driver's license.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in the nonprofit sector is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Planning, development, and implementation of structured activities.
- Supervision and completion of various in-house and outside community service projects and reporting.
- Entering and reporting on structured activity hours in the client database.
- Reinforcing and supporting the Behavioral Management System (BMS) through tangible rewards for and recognition of residents.
