About The Position

Tarpon Specialty Services (aka Paloma Specialty Services) is hiring experienced Structural Welders for multiple openings in Ingleside, TX near Corpus Christi. Competitive pay, sign-on bonus, and immediate start dates for qualified candidates.
We have active structural and industrial projects across Texas and need skilled structural welders now. If you can weld in multiple positions and maintain quality to code, we want to talk. Qualified candidates move through our hiring process fast and get to work quickly.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of structural welding experience in an industrial or heavy fabrication environment
• Ability to pass position-specific welding qualification tests
• Gouging experience required for 2G / 3G / 4G positions
• Proficiency in SMAW, FCAW, or GMAW processes
• Familiarity with AWS D1.1 or applicable structural welding codes preferred
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Nice To Haves

• 6GR Welders
• 2G / 3G / 4G Welders – gouging experience required
