About The Position

We are currently seeking Fabrication Welders to join a fast-paced shop producing custom equipment and structural components for the oil & gas industry. If you have at least 1 year of welding experience, can read fabrication drawings, and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of structural welding experience
• Experience working with structural steel
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and equipment
• Good measuring and layout skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and a good work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• 3G Plate Test – MIG Required

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and weld structural steel components for industrial equipment
• Work on skids, platforms, supports, equipment bases, and other custom assemblies
• Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings
• Complete welds according to project specifications and quality requirements
• Grind, clean, fit, and prepare materials before and after welding
• Use grinders, torches, measuring equipment, and other shop tools
• Work alongside fabricators and welders to meet production deadlines
• Inspect completed work for accuracy and weld quality
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
