About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Structural Welder/Fabricator for heavy commercial and industrial projects. Candidates must be proficient in fabrication, installation, and blueprint reading, with strong experience working with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials.
Requirements
- Proven experience on heavy commercial/industrial projects
- Proficiency in MIG and stick welding required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints independently
- Strong fabrication and fitting skills
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- TIG welding experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and install structural components on commercial and industrial job sites
- Perform MIG and stick welding to company and project standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication prints
- Measure, cut, fit, and assemble metal components accurately
- Work with steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Assist with field installation and modifications as needed
