The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of up to 15 projects for customers, including but not necessarily limited to the following: Validate and manage Scope of Work as sold Validate and manage Schedule as sold Validate and manage Budget as sold Manage internal purchase order to factory Working with Project Designer, define and subcontract all required due diligence and engineering consultants Manage local building permits Manage delivery logistics, including encroachment permits, traffic control and “last mile” Subcontract and manage crane and rigging crew, subcontracted GC, and specialty trades as needed Reporting on leading indicators
