About The Position

Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their Lincoln team! This role involves leading structural design for varied and complex projects, integrating innovative engineering solutions across multiple materials (steel, concrete, wood, masonry). The engineer will supervise and mentor junior staff, perform advanced structural analyses, and present findings in clear, comprehensive reports. Assistance with project production, ensuring delivery of completed designs that meet quality standards and project objectives, and promoting seamless project integration through collaboration with cross-functional teams are also key aspects of this position. Additionally, the role includes assisting with the development of standards and/or guidelines for engineering activities and supporting business development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• PE License
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience utilizing structural design and drafting software packages
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Masters degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) is preferred, but not required
