About The Position

Our Residential Studio partners with some of the most talented architects and builders on the West Coast to deliver structural engineering for high-end custom homes. This role requires an engineer who can own the process from start to finish, leading relationships and bringing creative solutions to unique challenges. • Lead and review the work of junior engineers and designers
  • Bring creative, cost-conscious solutions to problems that don't have a standard answer - hillside sites, cantilevered forms, tight urban lots, seismic demands
  • Collaborate closely with our project teams and, when relevant, tap into the technical depth of our broader Holmes network
