This role requires extensive aircraft structural repair experience and proficiency with sheet metal tools and reading engineering repair drawings. The shift is primarily a Weekend Day Shift (Friday-Sunday from 6:00am to 6:30pm), but the candidate must be willing to work multiple shifts as required. The base compensation range for this role is $31.19 - $36.38 per hour. Final compensation will be determined by qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, experience, and location. In a team-oriented work environment, independently performs a variety of structural assembly operations using required tools and appropriate prints, specs and operational requirements to complete work assignments, ensuring conformance to specifications. Assists and instructs other team members. All work performed should be in accordance with company design specifications, quality standards, and completed work should meet customer expectations.
