Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Structural Fitter in a manufacturing or construction setting
• Demonstrated proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Certification in welding techniques is a plus

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the appropriate welding and fitting techniques
• Measure, cut, and weld metal components to assemble structural frameworks according to specifications
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of finished products through thorough inspection and testing
• Collaborate with the welding team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the fabrication process
• Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
