About The Position

As a Structural Engineering Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and management of structural engineering activities for large-scale data center and infrastructure projects. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between engineering, construction operations, consultants, customers, and project stakeholders to ensure structural designs are effectively integrated into project execution. This role requires strong technical knowledge, engineering judgment, and leadership skills to oversee engineering deliverables, support constructability efforts, manage design coordination, and help drive successful project outcomes. Success requires the ability to balance technical excellence with practical construction solutions while maintaining project objectives related to safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline and 5+ years of engineering, project management, or construction experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience managing structural engineering scopes on data center, industrial, utility, transportation, energy, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of structural design principles, foundations, reinforced concrete systems, structural steel, and building support structures.
  • Experience reviewing engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, shop drawings, BIM models, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to evaluate constructability, identify design conflicts, and coordinate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
  • Experience supporting proposal development, estimating efforts, value engineering studies, and preconstruction planning activities.
  • Familiarity with structural analysis and design software, CAD platforms, Bluebeam, BIM coordination tools, and project collaboration platforms.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder groups.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and support onsite project assignments as required.
