The demand for high-speed connectivity continues to accelerate, requiring robust infrastructure that supports data centers, cloud computing, wireless networks, and emerging technologies. Delivering these complex projects requires technical expertise, strong stakeholder coordination, and the ability to bridge engineering and construction teams. At Michels Infrastructure Solutions, Inc. (MIS), we partner with customers, designers, utility providers, and construction teams to deliver mission-critical infrastructure that powers connectivity and economic growth. As the General Contractor and EPC delivery arm of the Michels Family of Companies, MIS executes some of North America's most complex data center, mission-critical, and hyperscale infrastructure projects. As an Engineering Project Manager - ISP, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Outside Plant (OSP) and Inside Plant (ISP) engineering activities supporting data center, telecommunications, and fiber infrastructure projects. You will serve as the primary liaison between engineering, construction, customers, utility providers, and project stakeholders to ensure technical requirements are successfully translated into constructible and scalable solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure, fiber optic networks, structured cabling systems, and technical project delivery. Success requires exceptional communication skills, engineering judgment, and the ability to manage complex technical scopes from concept through execution.
