About The Position

Coffman Engineers’ Anchorage office is seeking a mid-level Structural Engineer to assist with the design of commercial, institutional, and industrial structures. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and interested in working and growing with a multidisciplinary engineering team. This is a direct position with Coffman Engineers and is not eligible for sponsorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, architectural, or another structural engineering-related field.
• Passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Experience in concrete and steel design.
• Experience with structural analysis software such as RISA 3D or similar.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in structural engineering.
• Experience with AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Experience in masonry and timber design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) and/or Structural Engineer (SE) registration.
