About The Position

Coffman Engineers is seeking an entry-level Structural Engineer for its Seattle office. The role involves pursuing the design of commercial, institutional, and industrial structures as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, eager to learn and grow, and comfortable working collaboratively. This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Registration as an Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.).
• Experience with computer analysis software systems.
• Excellent leadership, supervisory, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working as a consultant to architectural practices.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary design team.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Structural Engineering.
• Internship in the structural design of buildings or similar structures.
