About The Position

An industry leading multi-disciplinary team is looking for a Senior Structural Engineer for their Cleveland team! The role involves project and client management, business development including proposal preparation and contract administration, and overseeing the design process. The engineer will utilize their technical expertise on local and national building codes and design practices, supervise staff, and design new building structures, alterations, renovations, and additions. Responsibilities also include preparing structural assessment reports, performing design and detailing for steel, concrete, masonry, and timber structures using calculations and computer modeling, managing projects, and conducting site reviews and construction administration during the construction phase to ensure designs meet QA/QC standards. Attending client meetings is also a key part of the role.

Requirements

Bachelorâ€™s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
8+ years of Structural Design Experience
Working knowledge of structural analysis/design software (REVIT, RISA 3D, RISA Floor, ADAPT)
Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Master's degree preferred
PE License preferred
