We are currently searching for an Entry Level Structural Engineer to join our team in the Tampa, FL office or Atlanta, GA office. Requirements

Strong structural analysis/design skills, and analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work successfully both independently and within a team.
Familiarity/experience utilizing MathCAD, STAAD, AutoCAD, Revit, and other structural software.
Master's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
EIT certification.

Prior internship or experience in Engineering Consulting.
Advanced knowledge/experience with Mathcad, AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD.
Experience with water/ wastewater facility and/or heavy industrial structural analysis and design.

Responsibilities

Work on water/ wastewater structural engineering design and construction projects.
Produce design calculations, technical reports, permitting, detailed design and engineering plans and specifications for water/wastewater projects including plant upgrades, storage facilities, pipelines, storm water systems, pump stations, and distribution / collection systems.
Organize and conduct structural related engineering investigations, calculations, and planning work which has a well-defined scope.
Work directly with a variety of engineering disciplines, office / project staff, client and sub-contractors, throughout the project life cycle.
Take direction from supervisor, task manager or project engineer to work on projects including budgets and schedules.
Assist with the development and management of plans, permit checklists, and scopes of work.
