About The Position

We are seeking a Structural Engineer to perform structural engineering analysis and coordinate detailed design for steel, concrete, and foundation systems. This role involves developing structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports, while applying applicable codes and standards. The engineer will coordinate structural designs with various other disciplines and provide support to senior engineers on large facility projects. Responsibilities also include reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and offering construction phase support. While minimal field time and travel are expected, it may be required at times.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an ABET accredited program
• Design experience or courses in structural steel and/or concrete design
• Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Experience using the following software required: AutoCAD, RISA-3D, STAAD Pro, Mathcad, L-Pile, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and Excel
• Experience with industry standards such as: ASCE 7, IBC, AISC and ACI

Nice To Haves

• EIT certification preferred

Responsibilities
