Structural Engineer
About The Position
RQ Construction is currently looking for a Structural Engineer to join our Jacksonville, FL Engineering team. In this role, you will primarily focus on developing structural models and producing design drawings while collaborating with a multidisciplinary group of engineers and designers across several concurrent projects. Headquartered in Carlsbad, CA, with regional offices and project sites across the country, we also have an expanding Engineering team based in our Jacksonville, FL office. RQ is a privately owned, full-service design-build firm focused on fast-track commercial projects for the Department of Defense, delivering fully integrated design, engineering, and construction services under one roof.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- 3-5 years of experience in structural engineering design
- Proficiency with relevant software, including Revit/Autodesk, RISA Floor, RISA 3D, RISA Foundation, TEDDS, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
