We are currently seeking an Early Career Structural Engineer to support our Oak Ridge, TN office. We are looking for an Early Career Structural Engineer to participate in the design process, assist in developing design calculations, design drawings, and construction specifications for structures made of steel, concrete, and masonry. You will be able to participate and focus on new design challenges, expanding career skills while supporting the development of life changing infrastructure that improves communities all over the United States.

Requirements

Sole US citizenship required.
B.S. in Structural/Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited engineering school.
0-3+ years of post-education experience.
Ability to follow and implement established quality procedures and ensure that all work accomplished is procedurally compliant.
Competence using Microsoft Office software.
Reside within a commutable distance from our Oak Ridge, TN office.
Ability to learn new software as necessary for project success.
Comfort working in fast-paced environment where requirements may evolve throughout projects.

Nice To Haves

Engineering in Training (EIT) certificate obtained or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
