Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their Fayetteville team! This role involves leading structural design for a variety of projects, supervising and mentoring junior staff, and performing advanced structural analyses. Project management responsibilities include keeping projects on time and within budgets, ensuring projects meet quality standards, and working closely with other teams. The ideal candidate will stay current on the latest structural engineering news.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering with a structural emphasis preferred
• 7+ years of structural engineering experience with a focus on facilities design
• PE License
• Proficient in relevant software and engineering tools
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit preferred
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design for a variety of projects
• Supervise/mentor junior staff
• Perform advanced structural analyses and present findings in comprehensive reports
