About The Position

Multidisciplinary design firm is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their Omaha team! This role involves leading structural design for varied and complex projects, integrating innovative engineering solutions across multiple materials (steel, concrete, wood, masonry). The engineer will supervise and mentor junior staff, perform advanced structural analyses, and present findings in clear, comprehensive reports. Assistance with project production when needed is also part of the role, ensuring the delivery of completed designs that meet quality standards and project objectives. The position emphasizes seamless project integration and promoting efficiencies through close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role includes assisting with the development of standards and/or guidelines for engineering activities within the team and supporting business development efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering
• PE License
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience utilizing structural design and drafting software packages
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit
• Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

• Masters degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (structural emphasis) is preferred, but not required
