About The Position

Morris & Ritchie Associates, Inc. (MRA) is seeking a talented and driven Structural Engineer to join our Orlando, FL team. If you have 5+ years of experience and a strong background with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and RISA for structural analysis/design, we want to connect with you. At MRA, no two days are the same. You’ll work on a wide variety of exciting projects—telecommunications facilities (towers, tanks, rooftops, and more), retaining walls, and everything from mid-rise to high-rise concrete structures and multi-family developments. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering (PE license preferred)
5 - 12 years of structural design experience in consulting or related field
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD required; experience with Revit and RISA highly preferred
Solid understanding of structural analysis and design principles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Nice To Haves

Experience with BIM workflows and 3D structural modeling is a plus

Responsibilities

Design, analyze, and detail structural systems using steel, masonry, concrete, and wood
Develop construction documents and models using AutoCAD and Revit (BIM)
Perform structural analysis and modeling using RISA (RISA-3D and related tools)
Lead or support the preparation of proposals, reports, and design concepts
Solve complex engineering challenges with efficient, code-compliant solutions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality projects across Florida
