About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Structural Drafter & Modeler to support our residential and commercial projects across the U.S. This role involves drafting and modeling structural elements, preparing detailed construction drawings, and collaborating with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. The ideal candidate will have expert-level proficiency in Advance Steel and a strong understanding of structural drafting standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a structural drafter/modeler delivering steel detailing and fabrication drawings using Advance Steel.
• Proven experience on residential and commercial structural projects, including U.S.-based projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Advance Steel for steel detailing, connections, and fabrication deliverables.
• Strong knowledge of structural drafting standards and practices.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to deliver a professional portfolio of completed structural drafting/modeling projects using Advance Steel.
• Available during Eastern Time business hours.

Nice To Haves

• Working proficiency in AutoCAD for coordination and 2D drafting is a plus.
• Working proficiency in Revit for coordination with structural models is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and model structural elements for residential and commercial projects (wood, steel, concrete).
• Prepare detailed construction drawings, plans, and documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Revise drawings and models based on feedback from the project team.
• Maintain organized project files and meet established deadlines.
