About The Position

Primoris Pipeline (Midstream Engineering) is seeking a Senior-level Structural Designer to join our office in Houston, TX. Successful candidates will have 8+ years of experience with the latest civil/structural design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D and CADWorx Structure Hexagon PPM. Candidate should be familiar with 2D/3D CAD fundamentals and be willing to take ownership of their work.

Requirements

8 to 15 years of experience working as a Structural Designer
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3d and CADWorx Structure
Proficiency in 3D modeling using a variety of Autocad applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

Create Grading models and plans using Civil 3D software.
Run cut and fill analysis as well as be able to put together materials list based on site specific soil conditions.
Create platform, supports and structures using CADWorx Structure.
Work closely with engineering team and coordinate with other disciplines through duration of projects.
Be familiar with OSHA regulations and PIP Standards.
Work with external vendors to ensure all drawings align with equipment and technical documentation.
Maintain records of revisions and markups through scope of project.
