Requirements

  • BS or BA in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Must have experience in point-of-purchase display and packaging design.
  • Advanced level proficiency of ArtiosCAD and display manufacturing.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and Interpersonal skills.
  • Independent thinking and action required.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years industry experience preferred
  • Graphic design experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop structural designs for a variety of merchandising displays and packaging, create prototypes, and ensure manufacturing feasibility.
  • Preparing detailed files and specifications optimized for manufacturing processes, ensuring efficient production and cost-effectiveness.
  • Design with an emphasis on cost efficiency while adhering to high-quality standards.
  • Work closely with Design team members and individuals across departments to drive solutions.
  • Oversee multiple projects from initial concept through completion, effectively managing timelines.
  • Proficient understanding of industry trends, retailer requirements, and manufacturing capabilities to deliver innovative and practical solutions.
