About The Position

Managem is seeking a Structural Design Engineer for a position based in Casablanca. The role involves designing mechanical installations and steel structures for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and technical requirements through detailed engineering and project execution. The engineer will also provide technical assistance at construction and mechanical installation sites and offer mechanical engineering and structural expertise to MANAGEM subsidiaries.

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in design offices or engineering firms specializing in mechanical engineering and structures.
• Ability to develop and validate detailed engineering designs for mechanical and structural components of industrial installation projects.
• Proficiency in engineering design software for steel structures, structural steelwork, and metal fabrication, such as Robot Structural Analysis, AutoCAD, and Revit.
• Ability to develop tools and methods.
• Ability to manage mechanical engineering and structural projects.
• Ability to monitor technical, standards-related, regulatory, and safety developments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out studies and design of mechanical installations and steel structures in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards during detailed engineering and project execution phases.
• Provide technical assistance on construction and mechanical installation sites.
• Provide expertise to MANAGEM subsidiaries in specific areas of mechanical engineering and structures.
