About The Position

The Onsite Engineer / Coordinator serves as the critical link between the client’s engineering team and the offshore delivery team for aerospace structural design projects. This role ensures seamless coordination, compliance with aerospace standards, and timely delivery of high-quality engineering outputs across aircraft programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / master’s degree in aerospace / mechanical engineering
• 8–10 years’ experience
• Strong understanding of aircraft structures and materials (metallic & sheet metal)
• Strong understanding of structural design principles and load paths
• Strong understanding of stress analysis fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with CATIA (mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with ENOVIA
• Hands-on experience with drawing standards and GD&T
• Familiarity with aircraft certification requirements (FAR/CS 25)
• Familiarity with engineering change processes (ECR/ECO)
