Stretch Zone in 30A / Santa Rosa Beach is hiring! We are looking for Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Physical Therapy, or Medical Massage Professionals for our 30A Location. Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Experience is preferred. Must have a Strong Desire to Help Others and be able to work in a High Performing Team Environment. Open to either full or part time position. We are seeking energetic, wellness-minded stretch practitioners to join our team. If selected, all new hires must pass a week of training where you will learn and test out on our modalities. When you work as one of our certified stretch practitioners, you offer clients a comfortable, effective experience that boosts energy, enhances mental clarity, and improves overall wellness. The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness. Requirements

Experience working one-on-one with clients
Background in either Physical Therapy, Sports Training/Conditioning, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Medical Massage, or other related field
Knowledge of anatomy and physiology is required
Must have a Strong Desire to Help Others and be able to work in a High Performing Team Environment.
Must be willing to work at least 1 Saturday per month (9-3).

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's Degree or Relevant Experience is preferred.
Exercise Science / Kinesiology degree preferred
As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.

Responsibilities

Provides our client base with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
Serves clients, as well as maintains and reinforces the culture of Stretch Zone in all activities.
Our clients are given an individualized program that suits their specific needs.
Keeps clients on schedule with their programs.
All team members clean and maintain the store.
Partner with the management team and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all clients.
