The role performs stress analysis and related activities for new and derivative designs of aircraft interior furnishings and amenities as part of new-aircraft outfitting. Work includes reviewing engineering models and drawings, preparing load calculations and finite element models, and writing stress reports in collaboration with the Structural Engineering group and Structural ARs who provide approvals.
