The Strength and Conditioning Coach oversees the implementation and daily operations of Mid-Pacific’s strength and conditioning programs as designated by the Assistant Athletic Director – Sports Performance and Innovation and Athletic Director. This role is responsible for delivering developmentally appropriate training programs that support the performance, health, and well-being of student-athletes in Grades 4-12. The Strength and Conditioning Coach plays a key role in expanding access to athletic development by integrating structured strength and conditioning opportunities within the academic day, including free periods and alternative Physical Education offerings. This position works collaboratively with the sports performance team to ensure alignment across strength and conditioning, athletic training, and performance initiatives, while promoting a safe, inclusive, and high-performing environment for all student-athletes.
