About The Position
Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a Strength and Conditioning Coach at the US Coast Guard Academy in New London, CT. This is a full-time opportunity, usually Monday through Friday. The role involves working directly with the US Coast Guard to establish effective Physical Training regimes, mitigate injuries, and assess/treat injuries when they occur.
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Athletic Training or similar degree.
- Possess and maintain National Athletic Trainer Association Board of Certification.
- US citizenship

Responsibilities
- Execute state-of-the-art, professional services in human performance to include integrated, performance based strength and conditioning programs, rehabilitative and pre-habilitation programs that will accelerate the return to duty of those encumbered by performance related injuries.
