About The Position

The Wall Street Quants is seeking a full-time Street Interview Content Creator to join their team in New York City or Miami, FL. This role is crucial in building the largest media brand in quantitative finance, trading, and high-performance careers. The ideal candidate will create engaging street-interview content, similar to 'School of Hard Knocks' and 'What Do You Do For A Living?', but focused on finance, hedge funds, quantitative trading, investing, technology, and high-income careers. The content will be distributed across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X, aiming for millions of views. Responsibilities include interviewing professionals and individuals about their careers, compensation, and success. The role requires a naturally curious, charismatic, and confident individual adept at approaching strangers and creating attention-grabbing content. The content creator will be responsible for concept development, filming, performance analysis, and contributing to the growth of a fast-growing finance education brand.

Requirements

• Must be located near Manhattan or Miami.
• Comfortable being on camera for extended periods.
• Highly outgoing and able to confidently approach strangers.
• Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
• Strong understanding of social media content trends.
• Ability to identify compelling stories and interesting personalities.
• Willingness to travel for filming opportunities.
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic.
• Interest in finance, investing, technology, economics, or business.
• Ability to consistently create content at a high volume.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience creating TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, or street-interview content.
• Journalism, media, communications, marketing, or content creation background.
• Existing social media audience.
• Experience interviewing professionals or conducting public interviews.
