About The Position

The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients to innovate and develop new strategies, services and products. He/she designs and implements new business and operating models and brings to life the organizations of the future. He/she develops customer insights, organizational knowledge and market perspectives. He/she is responsible for the completion of a small or medium sized project and can lead a team. He/she develops a reputation for its specific domain expertise internally and starts to develop market visibility. He/she is involved in training delivery to share knowledge in the organization.

Requirements

Experience in strategy and transformation consulting.
Ability to innovate and develop new strategies, services, and products.
Skills in designing and implementing new business and operating models.
Capability to develop customer insights, organizational knowledge, and market perspectives.
Experience leading small to medium-sized projects.
Reputation for specific domain expertise.
