About The Position

Citizens Bank is seeking a strategic professional to join our Consumer Banking Strategy group. This team sets the strategic agenda and direction for the Consumer Banking division and acts as a trusted advisor to Citizens’ senior leadership. The Senior Strategy Consultant will be responsible for assisting in defining and developing actionable answers to high leverage business questions, defining success measures to track progress against the plan, supporting high-level execution of strategic initiatives, and bringing rigor and objectivity to strategic decisions. In addition, this role delves into industry trends and competitive analysis, synthesizes data into actionable insights, and develops executive level presentations.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in financial services or related field; consulting experience preferred
Bachelors degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, Business or related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
Learning mindset with the ability to pick up new subjects quickly
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
