Requirements

  • 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, strategic finance, or a similar role
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to structure complex problems, synthesize diverse information, and develop actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including advanced storytelling through compelling PowerPoint presentations and proficiency in Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence leadership within large, collaborative organizations
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly develop subject matter expertise in new areas

Responsibilities

  • Shape and drive the team's strategic priorities in collaboration with senior leadership

  • Develop and execute the team's transformation agenda, driving alignment and momentum across stakeholders
  • Independently scope and structure cross-functional projects with clear objectives, milestones, and workstreams
  • Define and maintain the framework for tracking and measuring the team's ongoing performance and success
