Job Description Supports one or more strategic enterprise initiatives to understand, analyze, develop, recommend, and deliver strategy and planning solutions. Defines the business problem, identifies issues and implements a planned approach for one or more initiatives. Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned initiatives. Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Works with more senior team members to develop and deliver presentations. Collaborates with the line of business and/or multiple line of businesses to implement recommended solutions. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Act as the CEO of your projects, demonstrating ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
  • Brainstorm and crowdsource opportunities to improve PNC’s operational efficiency.
  • Perform detailed analysis of financial statements and operational metrics using tools such as Excel, SQL, SAS, and Python to size and prioritize opportunities.
  • Understand and optimize technology and business processes, synthesizing details into actionable strategies.
  • Analyze complex data sets to uncover insights and inform decision-making.
  • Drive execution of opportunities to delivery performing any task needed to get the job done.
  • Grow and expand professional networks through collaboration and thought leadership throughout all of retail and across all the shared service organizations.
