  • Excellent executive communication skills, including storytelling, presentation development, briefing materials, and leadership updates.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, especially in complex or cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous work, define ownership, sequence priorities, and drive follow-through.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on simplifying processes, creating repeatable tools, and measuring impact.
  • 7 or more years of related experience
  • Experience developing planning frameworks, OKRs, KPIs, executive reporting, portfolio views, or governance routines.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in a large or matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning processes that connect department priorities to business outcomes, OKRs, KPIs, milestones, and decision points.
  • Manage work intake, prioritization, and portfolio visibility to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, appropriately sequenced, and aligned to capacity and impact.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop executive-ready insights, recommendations, dashboards, narratives, presentations, and recurring updates.
  • Partner across teams to improve governance, handoffs, operating routines, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Use AI and emerging tools responsibly to simplify work, accelerate analysis, generate insights, and improve execution.
  • Partner with communications, change management, learning, engagement, and adoption teams to ensure strategic work is activated effectively.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive technology setup, including a laptop, monitors, headset, keyboard, and mouse.
  • Monthly connectivity reimbursement to help offset internet costs for eligible remote employees.
